Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush — the younger brother of the president — is weighing a run for the Senate seat currently held by Republican Mel Martinez. In early voting results one candidate for President beat the other by 11%. On Election Day Florida the opposite candidate won by a 5 point margin. In other words there was a 16% differential between early voting and Election Day voting. Why is that differential important?
